Use ORS. Stop taking Noroxin. Azomax will cover both the gut and throat infection. Keep yourself hydrated. Drink hot beverages to soothen up the throat. If you feel feverish or fatigued then take 2 panadol. The most important thing is hydration.

azomax is enough for both the sore throat and diarrhoea.
take ORS daily for 2days and avoid spicy and deep fried food.
if you feel feverish then take Panadol extra , 2 tablet and avoid coldrinks. drink more water as it will cover up for the water loss due to diarrhea
