agar un ko nausea hai to behtar hai k flagyl na dain. us say mouth taste ziada kharab hota hai leading to further nausea. give her entamizole.DS three times a day. dont give entox. continue ors. give ispaghol ka chilka in yoghurt. dont give food by force. small and frequent meals will be fine. she will get better inshallah.
