Hello, I am 32 years old. I am trying to reduce my cholesterol level with a controlled diet. Can some specialist guide me what and how much diet should I take for controlling it. Right now my overall lipid profile is at high level, not a single value is at average or normal range. you should take mashed garlic one spoon daily in the morning... although taste woul be bad so add a pinch or two or black pepper powder and one tea spoon of olive oil (only) and cook for few minutes.to make a taste better.
