Asking for Self, Male, 29 years old, Karachi

Almost after an hour of eating, I feel like my body is getting warm. Heart rate increases and have a feeling of fullness. This episode sometimes is accompanied by mild breathlessness and chronic fatigue/restlessness.

When this feeling subsides, ocassional sweating takes place and body becomes normal. Bloating and fulness is common during this episodes. Travelling gases in abdomen. Cramps and pain also exist.

Pls note I had GERD few weeks back, which was fine till completion of dosage.

I was prescribed Esso 40, Nuberol Forte and Sucralfate syrup.

Now I am not taking any medicines.

Thankyou for detailed questionaire.

These symptoms partculary take place after 2-4 hours of eating. Especially after breakfast.

I feel like I am full all the time. When I take Esso, then I feel like my stomach needs some input. Sleep is fine actually due to wfh and lockdowns.

I lost almost 8 Kgs since March partly due to dieting/selective eating and partly due to loss of appetite.

Bowel moments occur after two days. Sometimes smooth but sometimes difficult/requirng extra effort. Most of the times, stool is dark colored/hard.

Urine is fine. And yes I get fatigued without or without this episode.

Blurry vision occurs some time yes. Which becomes normal on its own.

Havent monitored bp during this but will for sure. But body temperature gets elevated. Which subsides as quickly as it increases. Sometimes followed by sweating.
