Talk to Gastroenterologist on Digestion Imbalances

Hello. I got a second degree skin burn and the doctor has recommended me to use the following medicines. Tab Augmentin 1gm × B.D Tab Ciprxin 500 mg × B.D Zylocaine gel + Quinch tube (for local application) my burn is cured now Alhamdulilah but i am facing digestion imbalances. Whenever i take meat fruits dry fruits sweet or any other food except regular home meals with vegetables or plain rice. I face loss stomach. For some time it gets normal and the other times it gets worse. I have tried to take natural probiotics but its not healings the problem.Its been more than a month the problem still persists. Please assist
