Dr my h pylori stool report negative, endoscopy normal but biopsy showed that , never feel stomach pain vomit nausea and any other stomach related issue just abdominal pain cramps with diarrhoea , 15 kg weight loss over 1.5 year , low serum iron 37 and serum ferritin 5 , fecal occult positive, doctors thought it’s colonic issue but dr do first endoscopy because of weight loss and low iron ,
