Salam ! My age is 22 Years and weight is nearly about 110Kg. Two years ago I faced issue of anal fissure and recovered with medicines. Afterward I having constipation after every few days then I mostly try home remedies and it get sorted.Also I feel burning pain while passing stool since two years.
Now for two weeks,I am feeling chest and abdominal pain,tough constipation and bloating aswell.I was taking olive oil in warm milk for many days and stool passes once in a day but not satisfactory. Today I took direct olive oil without milk and today I got first episode of black stool but painful & uncompleted.
No weight loss No Anemia Symptoms No Coughing No Vomiting
Please suggest me what should I do ?
Black stool history is important because it may show a dangerous sign with epigastric pain there could be ulcer or any thing n stomach but we need few baseline investigations , CBC , LFTS , HBsAg , Anti HCV , Ultrasound and , X ray chest , ECG
DRE for confirming Black tarry stools known as melena if present may need further investigations .
