Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastric And Palpitations

I face these symptoms in Episode- mostly 3 to 4 episodes in a day mostly when i had a full meal -Feels like gas in tummy -Palpitations and when i check my blood pressure it is always slightly high 76/130 on average -Feel better with 1 to 2 ltr of drinking water and burping -Sometimes Anxiety when the pulse rate is high Little activity or going upstairs bring racing heartbeat -when taken a gaviscon or fennel seeds then i feel better, the day i miss these gaviscon or fennel seeds, symptoms appears again I do feel hungry but i'm not taking any meal after 5:00 PM I had sleeping issues but with some lifestyle change and no meal after 5 pm habit, i had overcome sleeplessness and snoring. I'm more worried about palpitation, heart beat

Cardiac specialist ruled out any cardiac issues by taking alots of blood test. Im no drinkers or smoker not even vaping. No family History of cardiac issues but strong stomach upset family history
