Asking for Wife, Female, 27 years old, LAHORE

My wife has been having loss of appetite after Ramzan and low grade fever 99-100) for the last six days along with pain in center of chest, fatigue, frequent burping, gastric bloating leading to heavy breathing. She been tested positive with high values in H Pylori Stool Antigen report attached.

It is to note that last month she already had two courses of antibiotic Mixel 200mg & Augmentin 1g for other issues. I have been diagnosed with H Pylori in the past.

She has seen a nearest available doctor whose prescription is attached.

Need specialist advice; 1) Is the prescription good to go? 2) Given the COVID scenerio, does low grade fever and slight heavy breathing makes it a suspected case too? No other symptom. No exposure. No suspect at home.
