I have upset stomach from last week. Feel like I am going to vomit while eating. I am very upset tongue feel sticky and swollen ( Doesn't hurt but feels awkward) I also feel like air bubble at end of oesophagus. Is this food poisoning?? Please prescribe me medicine if possible.
