Aoa Dr I am suffering from sudden heart palpitations issue I am just 28 , have some stomach issue like abdominal pain after spicy or junk food and gas prob is any gastroenterological issue cause heart palpitations?
My h pylori , celiac disease, thyroid test , chest x ray all normal
I fed up of this prob visited 2 doctors but no one find cause of palpitations,

You could have GERD or acid reflux disease. Have you tried medications like risek. If these medications give you some relief temporarily then it is most likely GERD. This needs to be further assessed with upper endoscopy with a Gastro. GERD and hiatal hernia will need either life long anti acid medications or else a Laparoscopic surgery to fix the valve on your stomach called hiatal hernia repair and fundoplication.

Dr my gastroenterologist recommend me upper endoscopy with D2 biopsy, what is your opinion is D2 biopsy safe ? If it’s taken from normal duodenum?
