Hepatitis B treatment is not simple . It depends on other parameters too. You current liver status HbsAg HbeAg and ALT. In addition family history of HCC is also important. so better to consult a gastroenterologist for proper treatment.

The hepatitis B virus (HBV) PCR quantitative test is a laboratory test that measures the amount of HBV DNA present in the blood. The results of the test are usually reported in international units per milliliter (IU/ml).

It's important to consult with a Hepatologist, who can give you more information on the test results and on the next steps. They may recommend further tests such as liver function tests, liver ultrasound, and liver biopsy. Additionally, they may recommend antiviral therapy to help suppress the virus and prevent liver damage.
