person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 30 years old, Ajk

I have completed by 3 vaccine course of engirex b. During the administering 2nd dose vaccinator lost a drop (normal size drop as our vaccinators do) from needle of profillef syringe. Will that still be effective? My course completed in june 2019.Before starting course I got tested hepatis b and it was negative. I was reading that there is an anti hbs titer test after vaccination. Is it necessary to perform this test for me? (My vaccination copleted abt 6 months ago). Kindly guide completely.

Yes it's necessary to perform Anti HBs test to see whether you have developed immunity against hepatitis B or not .
