salam i am male 33 and married. i tested for hepatitis B. my Hbs Ag came 400 and my pcr was 29 IU/ml. i took medications akgard and other multivitamins. after 25 days i tested again..now my Hbs Ag is 343 but my pcr is 383 IU/ml? could u pls let me know why there's this much increase in my pcr but my hbs ag declined. and how long would it take me approximately to get negative results. you are wasting your time and energy over useless questions. meet a gastroenterologist and discuss this problem.
just do your liver function tests
and transient elastography , an ultrasound for liver
you need to visit gastroenterologist or book an online appointment do LFTs , ultrasound, I think there is no need of antiviral treatment with this PCR
