Talk to Gastroenterologist on IBS Patient
Asking For Self, Female, 29 Years old, online
I’m an IBS patient which was diagnosed 2.5 years back since than I’ve been working with different nutritionist in controlling the symptoms and Alhumdulillah it was in control. But during my PMS days i get so emotional and stressed out on minor things due to which i get severe flare ups and symptoms of IBS(severe bloating, gases, constipation, severe abdominal pain which stretches till my back). How do I overcome my emotional state and stay normal in PMS as my family is suffering from it too and I feel like I’m destroying my relationships which Allah has blessed me with.
