Hi, I have been facing stomach upset and non solid stools. In past I have been diagnosed with IBS-D. It all started back in 2019, I went to Pak Tour for 15 days and there I have consumed water and food. Since then I have never restored my health. Its better than before but whenever I eat heavy meal or sometimes in restaurants. It triggers.
