Talk to Gastroenterologist on Liver And Gastroentology

I used to work out but due to covid i stopped body building but for the past 1 year i have been having several gastric issues. Upon the recommendation by a doctor at Marham, i carried out following tests namely, LFT, Fasting Lipid Profile, FBS, U/s abdomen. I am not over weight however, my Ultra sound report suggests fatty changes in liver and my SGPT is reaching 144. Lipid profile is also suggestive of many irregularities including high triglycerides. I carried out Anti HCV test too and it was negative and i am vaccinated against HSbag. Need further advice / guidance on how to go about further for my treatment.
