Talk to Gastroenterologist on Nausea Feeling

I had acute gastroenteritis 2 weeks before .. got hospitalized for 2 days.. after discharge dr gave me 1. Onset before meals 2. losec before meals 3. Colofac before meals 4. Citanew after meals 5. Neuxam 1 at night Twice a day all the medicine Now problem is i feel nauseous all the time... doesn't feel like eating anything Like if i just take 1 bite of food nausea all the time.. with ajeeb say burps My all reports were fine Even blood culture.. plz plz help me what can i do for nausea
