Talk to Gastroenterologist on Pain In Lower Abdomen

I have pain in lower abdomen since one and a half week.I started cipro entamizole plus buscopan on advice of an emergency dr.But due to burning sensation in urine i discontinued and got fine.But now pain in lower abdomen is back...it subsides for sometime but then comes back again.also i had dyspepsia two months back which was treated successfully
