Talk to Gastroenterologist on PALE COLOR STOOLS

For the last 1 month I am having pale colored, means light yellow or yellow colored, stools. In the last 3 weeks I have been facing constipation with discomfort, heaviness, gas and epigastric pain but in the last week I started taking Ispaghol at night and now the epigastric pain and constipation has subsided but heaviness and gas is there but the color of the stools is light, pale or yellowish. I also feel pain in thighs and body. I have attached the results of CBC and LFTs that was done on 16th March. What could be the reason? What tests should be done?
