Talk to Gastroenterologist on Piles/ Hemorrhoids

symptoms of the disease are for the last ten years. I feel pain after few months interval. Without medication I get relief but not permanently. No blood is seen but some tumor type appear at anal end after stool pass. Pain is more severe for last two weeks during stool pass. Doxium 500mg used for a week but no relief. please guide thanks
