Adding fibre to your diet may make it worse if issue is different than fibre related.
Sometimes anxiety can cause tightening of muscles and you won't even know, and sometimes insulin doing that.

Simple ni hai. Come for treatment, can diagnose properly and help resolve.

Apki waist size, narrow hai, matlab waist is thin, then likely circulation issue and is normal for your body type. Only in that case you need fibre. But also moving around enough, exercise. And especially if you don't drink coffee, then have 1 cup a day. Will help speed up. But only 1 cup, if you take too much, it won't work after some time.
