I Had the Worst Stomach Upset Issue Which I Posted Some Weeks Ago, But Due To Some Lifestyle Changes in Eating And Sleeping Habits, I Overcome Almost All The Symptoms But When I Go To Sleep, I'm Waking Up With Racing Heart Beat And This Is Happening For Atleast 2 to 3 Episodes In Mainly First Half Of The Sleep.
