I had rectal bleeding since one month with no itching and no constipation no lumps at anus,, facing lower abdominal pain with back pain,, when i take transamin capsule bleeding was stopped but after discontinuation the condition was same,, my hb is 9,, can you please tell me is it ulcerative colitis or fissures or polyps?
