she is hpylori positive and suffering with gastritis. after endoscopy was done and she started antibiotics. she started to have pain while passing urine. urine in the morning is dark and feels there is some blood in it. her ultrasound of abdomen was was clear. kidneys liver gallbladder ere seen normal. her urine test was done and report showing bectaria+ and also showing spermatoza ++ ... why is dat? last month she had her periods on routine dates. plz guid

i have confirmed from the lab which report was showing spermatoza ++ ... they said it was their mistake and their lab report will be stand null as its showing error. they said they intended to write yeast and it was written spermatoza ... updated test report is issued

dats why i worried about the result. she is teenage 15 yrs old. i did contact de lab and they told me they had issued a wrong lab report. they intended to write yeast and it was by mistake written spermatoza

thanks for answering. one more thing to ask u as a gestro spclst ... when she feels pain in her upper stomach dr have prescribed to give her Ekcel Tab along with Omega 40 mg sachet. is it safe to use on daily basis when it pains?

there was no previous medical history. 5/6 months back she was diagnosed h pylori and in her recent endoscopy h pylori plus gastritis and pain while passing urine.
she has completed 7 days anti biotic (amoxicillin 1mg twice a day for days)
flaygil for 7 seven days
bismol syrup for 10 days
n 2 more tablets she needs to take for 14 days ...
when it pains in stomach she takes Ekcel tablet along with omega 40mg sachet

15 din pehley endoscopy karwaye hai jis mein h pylori plus gastritis aya hai. 6/7 days sai urine pass kartey pain hoo rahe hai. two diff labs sai test karwaya hai. aik lab report mein bectaria + and Spermatoza ++ aa raha tha and Chughtai Lab sai yehi test karwaney paar Spermatoza ++ nahi aya. jiss kee wajah sai samajh nahi aa rahe hai
