mujhe maiday ka problem bhi hai like some time burning in stomach aur har waqt sar bhari pansa mehsoos hota hai like sar kay beech kohi cheez ghoom rahi hai like dizziness jab let jao to sahi ho aur meray eyes bhi weak hai aur body weakness bhi hoti hai. i did all tests cbc h.pylroi stool tests etc which are normal

2. Avoid Fast food and use more fruits and vegetables.
