Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach And Intestine

I'm suffering from severe abdominal pain from past 6 years. It usually happen one time in one month or sometimes after 2 or three months but its a sharp pain which last one day. After that it disappear. I did test and ultra sound, which was clear. diarrhea and constipation depend on my diet. but from 2 3 months, I'm facing blood clots and fresh blood in stool. I'm unmarried. also facing gas issue. is it a sign of colon cancer?? I'm soo depressed regarding this issue
