Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach, Breathing And Heart Palpitations

Hi sir I had a heart palpitations problem last month. The doctor did my echo and each, blood test and thyroid test. Everything came normal except the heart rate with was around 130 at that time and my platelet count was 151 which they said is not worrisome. They give me mineral 4gm beta blockers for use once a day for two weeks and then lessen it gradually. I was alright for a few days and then I had pain on my right upper stomach and sometimes lower stomach along with the back. The palpations also started coming back to 120 two days before my menstrual cycle. I am worried if it's just anxiety that causes these problems or something else.
