Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach/ Food Poisoning

If i miss a meal or it gets delayed i get a headache with constipation and "gas hona" feeling. And if i eat something, usually after few hours i vomit it out and don't feel well until the next day and few hours of rest. Even if i follow diet properly this happens about once in a month. The heache is unbearable and anything i eat just doesn't get digested once i start feeling that gas sensation.
