assalamu alaikum G mujhe bachpan se constipation aur gas ka issue hai isi ki waja se shayd sehat Bhi thek nahi Rehti aur Munh se smell Bhi Aati Rehti hai.
Kafi doctors ko dikhaya tha lekin Yahan bas appointment hi diye jate hain paison ke Liye lekin medicine mene Kuch proper li thi aur Kuch nahi.
