Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Issue Or Psychiatric Issue?

Assalam U Alaikum! Any psychiatrist here? I need help for my sister.. She is 20 years old.. And she was completely fine but in last month she felt that something is stuck in her throat. She used to complain about it again and again but after appearing this symptom she felt that she will die. And this illustration is increasing day by day. She is thinking about it all the time and not eating well. Aur ye bhi feel karti hain k meri taangun main saans nahi hai. She didn't feel energy to do any work. She laid all the time. Meanwhile She is also thinking about the departed souls of the family. Please let me know what is she going through? Her condition today is more worse than before.. Vomiting and motion hain aaj.. We are living in a small town aur yahan koyi bhi acha specialist nahi hai. Please help.. Thank you!
