Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach ,liver,weightloss,sti Or Std

i have stomach issue having gas and upset ,low appetite, much weight loss, infected in2021 for sti have my treatment but still in semen analysis its showing some , very less active sperm have my medication for 3 months but no change ,high sex drive , cold feets, going to susu 10 times a day even for a little one in summer and winter both ,pl suggest from wher i shoud start first .or any else
