Get your following tests done: -
Stool Antigen For H.Pylori, TSH, Serum Amylase, Serum Lipase and Ultrasound Abdomen done and then follow up.
Till then take Cap Acireg 40 mg one each daily 30 minutes before breakfast and Tab Ganaton OD 150 mg one each daily 30 minutes before dinner. Follow up with the reports.
