Hello Doctors, l am having pain in right side of my stomach for last 3 days. The pain was very sharp on the first day but now it’s a dull pain and when I drink water I feel pain in right side of stomach. My periods are one day late. I did pregnancy test which is negative. What will be the reason of stomach pain it is not the lower abdomen but it is in the right side of stomach. Thanks in Advance.

- CBC, LFT, Ultrasound abdomen
- Could be many causes but need to rule out gallstones or liver problems first.
- Avoid fatty foods until diagnosis .
