Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Swelling
Asking for Self, Male, 27 years old, Lahore
I felt like I have swelling on the stomach side. I went for a Ultrasound and the report remarks: Only gases seen in stomach distended thick-walled. I don't have any pain, but I am little worried. It has been one year since this issue started.
Will be grateful for suggestions/prescriptions.

I didn't understand what do u mean by swelling...is it a lump or something else...its better to meet a gastroenterologist for detail examination and proper history..then decide the direction of workup and treatment.

By swelling, I mean I feel some heaviness in my stomach. In Ultrasound report only gases have seen in stomach and distended thick-walled. The one who took ultrasound told that you have gas problem.

Here is the entire ultra-sound report of abdomen sir
Liver= uniform size uniform echotexture
Veins and ducts normal p.v. 6cm
Gall bladder= no stone seen
Spleen= normal size (no mass seen)
Rt and Lt Kidney= no hydronephrosis seen
U.B normally filled (no stone seen)
BOWEL LOOPS= ONLY GASES SEEN-STOMACH DISTENDED THICKWALLED. NO ASCITES SEEN.

It is visible abdominal distention (bloating). Khana khanay kay baad pait phull jata hai. stomach is visibly distended that makes me little worried.
