He is suffering from acute hepatitis...he can use all form of diet but that needs to b hygienic..less spicy and less oily..but as far as LFT are so much deranged...u.need to visit a pediatrician or a paeds gastroenterologist..need further workup and monitoring..

where you take treatment.So, he gave better diet plan.
No any doctor tell you diet plan because he's not see child.
Clinical exam very important before any opinion.
