where is the pain..kindly elaborate

I start having pain in Rectum every evening from 8:00 P.M, it keep on increasing every time i go to washroom and it last around 6 hour unless my rectum is clear with all the stool.

NSAIDs nowadays as per the latest guidelines must be avoided ... So if the pain is untolerable then you can use tab tonoflex p on sos basis
