I have fever and diarrhea 2 months ago I have attached some test reports in the test salmonella species group D non typhoid found but later on my digestive system get upset and little pain in stomach till throat I avoid oily fatty processed and dairy food as per doctor and took omeprazole / sodium bicarbonate 40 mg + exoss (Hyaluronic Acid 124 mg / 10ml chondroitin sulfate) + Domperidone 10 mg but still if I eat I have loose motion by next day

Thanks for sharing ur concern. You were investigated in detail as is seen in the test reports and also treated for ur problem. Since how long are u using these above mentioned medicines ? what type of stool do u pass ? do u have alternate diarrhoea and constipation with abdominal pain? pain relieved after passing stool ? do u have an anxious personality ?

I was using above mention medication for 21 days as doctor prescribe me for esophagus acid reflux + bloating ,Now my stool is very soft and after pass one time i have feeling to go again in toilet for stool. i change very light diet like oats, rice and fruits but result i lose 10 Kg weight in 2 months. I don't have any alternate diarrhea and constipation with abdominal pain. I have small pinch pain rarely not everyday on left side 3 inch down from my last rib. There is no pain before stool pass , i feel my stomach is to much empty after passing stool.
i m not anxious personality ,
Now Main problem only i eat normal simple home made food but stool is coming very soft and looks like non digestible by next day.
Kindly advise me if this is bacterial infection after diarrhea which effect on digestion system or something else ?

Kindly give ur details about pain in abdomen and loose motions are relieved with eating rice or remain same.... Then consult me online... Most probably it is celiac disease
It’s not bacterial infection as u already had a negative result after antibiotics. It can be either lactose intolerance or a food allergy. 10 kg is a lot of weight that u have lost and i doubt that it can be due to the pats and some more food products that u are consuming.
