capsule imodium 1 capsule after every lose stool

capsule esso 20 mg before breakfast daily for 5 days
tablet onset 8mg 1+0+1 for 2 days
ors 1 sachet in 1.5 liter water and drink 1 glass every hour .
tablet azithromycin 1g ..( ik hi dfa sirf)

zyada masala aur oily cheezain khany sy perhaiz krain
halki ghaza khayen
also go for stool examination for ova and parasite,RFTs and BSR

I have already gone for stool and blood tests, I have received blood tests reports, however stool test reports are pending. tomorrow I'll visit lab for remaining tests. I am trying to share blood test reports, but some error is there during upload.
