I am suffering from Chronic Gastritis and because of this now from. serious weakness too. I can't take any multivitamins because of my stomach condition. I tried many brands.. Always fail Miserably..Can I take bilingual B12 tablets instead of normal tablet's? And will they hurt like normal tablet's and what about absorption issues?
