firstly i diagnose uti and i do cbc my wbc 11.9 and nutrophils also high doctor give me vibramycin for 5 days my uti cure but wbc no normalize it was 11.7 and then hematologst give me cefspan for 10 days to reduce high wbc and high platelets which are 410 after it i have acne on my face and i consult dermatologist she gave me vibramycin for 10 days i also complete all antibiotics course now how many days after i do cbc to check my wbc and Platelets normalisation after antibiotics???

you have taken multiple antibiotics in short span. if you are symptomless then there is no need of follow up because platelets can also increase reactionary in the infection phase. Nothing to worry about. Just follow your health and symptoms. For your own satisfaction you can go for labs after 2-3weeks ( when you are not sick and then compare the results with the previous ones)

its understandable, mensturation causes blood loss and decrease in Hb and regular healthy diet with supplements in pakistani women will recover it in later phase. Mensturation doesnt affect wbc or platelets
