2 Mouth Ulcers

Question

so I have these 2 ulcers for 3 weeks in my tongue now..the first week I was using soda and water and after marham told me to use gel ..and I use mouth gel these 2 weeks but it doesn't seem to go.it doesn't hurt but annoys me what should I do?

it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

Kanalog Ora base ( apply on ulcers ) , Tab folic acid 5 mg once a day
