My daughter fell from stairs and hit her head. She has a bruise around her eye. Eye is not bleeding but this is the third day and it hasn't gone away. Sharing images in comments. Please recommend how to treat it?

It seems like soft tissue swelling. It will subside. Any X-ray or CT done??

Observe the swelling for 3 days..
If not resolved, get her X-ray facial bones done.

it will take around a week to settle, since you have already waited three days hopefully she's fine. if not then please visit a hospital
