Asking For Self, Male 30, Sargodha
Hello, I have been suffering from a fistula for the past seven years. When it first appeared, I was not aware of what it was. It started with pain and then disappeared within a day or two there was no pain after it disappeared. After a year, it appeared again, this time filled with pus and was very painful. At that time, I was in Saudi Arabia, and a doctor prescribed Augmentin and advised me to drink plenty of water. After taking three doses of Augmentin, it flattened, and all the pus and redness came out. I was back to normal in two to three days.
After that, it did not appear for the next few years, but it has been continuously appearing for the past three years. It usually appears when I have constipation, and it swells, leaving pus on my clothes. However, as soon as the constipation is cured, it disappears. I have not consulted a doctor yet, but my grandfather also suffered from it, and he underwent an operation to get cured.
My question is, can a seven-year-old fistula be perman
kindly visit your nearest surgeon,
they cheked it with physical examination then they will give their expert opinion thanks
Old/chronic fistula-in-ano is treatable. It is best to consult a surgeon to have a procedure called "lateral internal sphincterotomy (LIS)" which is almost curative
chronic fistula will be completely treatable after taking some medicine don't you worry detailed history required kindly book appointment with me it's a permanent treatment not temporary
