person-avatar

Asking for Self, Male, 31 years old, Pakistan

Attached are the my CBC , LFT and Lipid profile reports, I have been using blood pressure controlling medicines since last 3 years, Now I have started using Rosuvastatin also for regulating lipid function. Abnormal values (Lymphocytes, MCV, MCH and neutrophiles) in attached reports are making me worried about blood cancer. please guide me if I should go for further assessment or should I stop thinking about this.

Thank you for your question Please stop over thinking these report shows nothing about Cancer. But if you are taking Rosavastain your lipids are not Idealy good you have to increase dose. Which tab you are taking for BP?
And youmight have GILBERT syndrome your LFTs show which is harmless.

You need to be seen by a physician. There is nothing to show that it is cancer. However there are certain other issues that need to be dealt with which are serious like your cholesterol levels. Lifestyle modification needs to be done as well as medication adjustment.

Thank you Dr. Ayesha for your kind reply. I met a senior physician in my city two weeks ago, He prescribed RAST 10 mg (0+0+1) along with other blood pressure regulating medicines. Kindly guide when should I go for reassessment of lipid profile? Also I am worried for the abnormal values in LFT and CBC reports.
