Talk to General Physician on Abscess Type Of Thing( Not Sure Of The Name)

Assalamu alikum My mother's name is Riffat , she is 51 years old, she has a abscess type of thing on above of my right ankle few months ago which was shown to a general surgeon it was very painful and took almost more than 1 month to cure. But Now again something is start appearing on my mother groin area on right leg again which is red outside( area around also red) and hard inside(area around it is also hard) when it is touched and little painful. Please give an advice about it. Diabetes test was done which shows no diabetes. But cholesterol is high ( she is not taking any medicine for it) High blood pressure ( taking 5mg tablet every day).
