i did consult with ENT yesterday , told my problem regarding tonsils stones n foul breath , taking medicine he prescribed here from Marham online consultation, but everytime I took my medicine i feel pain in my stomach and even can't sleep due to heartburn.. taking.. claritek 250mg , gavicson syrup , betnesol tab n nasal drops , daktarin gel 1+1 each of them

Use cap naxum 20 mg before meal once daily.
If symptoms persists take appointment.
Capsule Risek 20 mg 15 mins before meal will resolve this issue
