Talk to General Physician on Acute Pain
Asking for Mother, Female, 55 years old, Gujrat
Mine query is about my mother. Age 55 no medical history (non diabetic or heart patient). From past 2 months she's feeling pain in her vagina/urethra when ever she sits / stands/ sits on her foot. Please prescribe any medicine or name any test which u think could be done to understand the condition.

for pain relief just use diagesic p (1+0+1)

get her urine c/e and then book an appointment for a detailed history from the patient herself
what about her periods menopause has occured or not ? if yes how many years back ?
for now ask her about her urine color smell burning n fever?
does any thing come out of her vagina?
how many children she has and how they were born?normal birth or c-section.
go for her ultrasound pelvis n urine dr.
ask her to drink lot of water
take tab bascopan 1 tab when she has pain.
not more than 3 tabs in a day
