I want to that Can i use Nutrifactor's VITAMAX. I have no medical condition. I was told by someone that our diet lack in overall minerals and vitamins so some additional suppliment helps. I am a university student, usually feel fatigued after noon and have poor sleep quality. I have seen its Ad which suggest that this suppliment will help in fatigue and will help in maintaining focus. I just want to know that can i use this own my own or doctor prescription is strictly needed?
