Aoa. Dr my sister is suffering from constant body ache, headache ear infection and sore throat. Painkillers like panadol and Diclofenac sodium and antibiotics are not working she is unable to do daily life activities and its been almost 2 year and now her condition is worsening.

Salam, sab se pehle to ghabrayein nahi, bar bar infections honay se jism kamzor ho ho jata hai aur 12 se 15 saal ki umar mei female body goes through alot of change which cud cause low iron levels and other deficiencies, second take her to a proper ENT SPECIALIST FIRST she cud hav untreated middle or inner ear infection which temporarily subsides by the antibiotic u give her, or she cud hav tonsillitis, so before worrying so much find an ENT SPECIALIST on marham visit his or her clinic get her examined thoroughly and if he or she clears her thn book an appointment with me I’ll InshaAllah guide u properly

first of all we need to do physical examination of her throat ,she may have tonsilitis for sore throat and general body aches antibiotics plus pain killer and for earaches antibiotic drops for ear we can antihistamine for rhinitis or allergic reaction or new generation montelukast sachet before sleep that improve quality of life
most likely it will be upper respiratory tract infection caused by bacteria or virus
